When N.E.R.D. dropped lapdance eons ago when i was a young teen i couldnt believe that a black dude with a nasty moustage and a pink polo had a chrome and he was goin to use it on any muthafucka that dared to come in his face.(pause)
The video well the x-rated version that played during the day and night ( u gotta love europe) was the talk off the day at high school.
The next singles they dropped for the in search off album were superb at best and i honestly believe that their first album was one off the most bootlegged albums in my area.
So after a couple off blunts and beers everybody got older and in 2004 their sophmore album dropped ” fly or die” that album been the blueprint for allot of dates with has been women friends trust me lol.
But Now lets talk about seeing sounds the first actual copy ive seen off the cd was last friday me and my mans were promoting a show for the cool kids and lupe fiasco and were dropping flyers left and right.
So we pull up at this store digg and we see this two girls and i was on some .. whoa they cute but i couldnt help but notice and see prolly bout 50 posters with a big ass gorilla and who else but N.E.R.D. .
Come to find out that last thursday there was a listening party for the cd a nigga couldnt believe his ears when he heard that yo. My mans dunked some flyers at the promotional stand and i chopped it up for a cool 6 minutes and i got home asap to download the new n.e.r.d. album.
Well well well (c) ron isley, this album was that energy was looking for the last couple off months since ive been listening to WAAAAY to much insense music(shout out to the moovmnt lmmfao ).
